This is your exact chart for AI-assisted exploration — not a written reading. The steps below show how to share it with your AI, followed by nine prompts to start with.

## Before you upload

Please check that your birth date, time and place are right before you start. Even a small correction can change the chart.

Your name is optional. You can use a nickname or initials instead of your full name; the name is used only for the file label and chart header.

## Your files

- `esha-chart-for-AI.md` is your calculated chart in plain text, ready to share with your chosen AI provider.
- `esha-your-guide.pdf` is this guide in a phone-friendly PDF. `esha-your-guide.md` is the same guide in Markdown text.

Uploading `esha-chart-for-AI.md` shares the chart figures in that file with your chosen AI provider. Review the provider's own privacy settings before uploading, and share only what you are comfortable sharing.

If you ask an AI about your chart with only your birth details, it may guess the placements. This kit gives it the figures already calculated, so it can read the chart instead of trying to work it out. It can still make mistakes in the reading; ask it to point to the figures so you can check its answers.

## Start a conversation

These steps are for the websites. Button names may vary a little in the mobile apps. If an upload isn't available, use the paste steps below.

### ChatGPT

1. Go to chatgpt.com, sign in and start a new chat.
2. Use the attachment (+) button beside the message box to choose a file from your device.
3. Select `esha-chart-for-AI.md` and wait for it to finish attaching.
4. Paste one of the prompts below into the message box and send it with the file.

### Gemini

1. Go to gemini.google.com, sign in and start a new chat.
2. Beside the message box, choose **Add files**, then **Upload files**.
3. Select `esha-chart-for-AI.md` and wait for it to finish attaching.
4. Paste one of the prompts below into the message box and select **Submit**.

### Claude

1. Go to claude.ai, sign in and start a new chat.
2. Choose **+** beside the message box, then **Add files or photos**.
3. Select `esha-chart-for-AI.md` and choose **Open** to attach it.
4. Paste one of the prompts below into the message box and send it with the file.

### Prefer to paste? This works in all three

1. Open `esha-chart-for-AI.md` in a text editor, such as Notepad on Windows or TextEdit on Mac.
2. Select all the text (Ctrl+A on Windows or Cmd+A on Mac), then copy it (Ctrl+C or Cmd+C).
3. Start a new chat in ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude and paste the text into the message box (Ctrl+V or Cmd+V).
4. Add one of the prompts below after the chart text, then send it. If the chat says the message is too long, attach the file instead or try again when uploads are available.

A quick check before you go further: ask "What are my ascendant and Moon sign?" and compare the answer with the chart summary at the top of this guide. If they match, the AI has read your file. If an answer ever mentions a figure you can't find in your file, ask where it came from.

## A few places to begin

Pick whichever prompt speaks to you. Prompt 1 is the big one and covers the main life areas; the others go deeper on one topic each. Copy the whole prompt, including its last sentence, into the chat with your chart.

After each reply, keep the conversation going in your own words. Questions like "Which placement is that?" or "Can you say that more simply?" often bring the best answers.

1. Full reading: Please read my chart the way a careful classical astrologer would, and help me explore my personality, learning, work, relationships, home life, money habits and personal growth. For each area, work in this order: the relevant house → its lord, where it sits and its dignity → planets in and aspecting that house → the natural significator → D9 (and D10 for work) → how the current daśā lords connect to that house. Explain each term in plain words the first time you use it. Cite the figures from my file at each step and weigh the supporting and conflicting factors together. Describe tendencies, not predictions. Leave out health, death, pregnancy and questions about having children. Go one area at a time, starting with personality: end each area with a gentle question for me to reflect on, then ask which area I'd like next. Use only the figures in this file and say when something isn't in it.

2. Help me get to know myself through this chart. Start with my ascendant (Lagna) and its lord, then my Moon sign and nakshatra, then my Sun, then my Ātma kāraka. For each one, tell me in everyday words what traits it might point to and which placement you're reading. Then show me where these pieces agree and where they pull in different directions, and give me a question to reflect on. Use only the figures in this file and say when something isn't in it.

3. I'd like to reflect on my working life. Look at my 10th house, its lord and any planets in or aspecting it, then my D10 chart. What kinds of work, working styles and settings might suit me, and where might I feel stretched? Name the figures behind each idea. Please don't predict job changes, promotions or dates. End with two or three questions I could ask myself about my work. Use only the figures in this file and say when something isn't in it.

4. Help me reflect on how I connect and communicate with the people close to me. Look at my 7th house and its lord, Venus, my Moon and Mercury, and my D9 if it helps. How do I tend to show care, talk things through and handle differences, and what might I need from others? Explain each placement you use, and please don't predict relationship events such as marriage or its timing. Use only the figures in this file and say when something isn't in it.

5. Walk me through my current main period (mahādaśā), sub-period (antardaśā) and smaller sub-period (pratyantardaśā). For each level, give its own dates, the planet that rules it, where that planet sits in my chart and which houses it rules, and the themes it might bring up for reflection. Then tell me how the three planets relate to one another in my chart. Keep it to themes, not predictions. Use only the figures in this file and say when something isn't in it.

6. Help me explore the next 12 months using the pratyantardaśā list in my file. Go through it period by period: give the dates, the planet that rules it, the houses that planet sits in and rules, one or two themes I could pay attention to, and a question to reflect on. Keep it to themes, not predictions of events, and do not work out future planet positions from today's snapshot. Use only the figures in this file and say when something isn't in it.

7. Which planets look strongest in my chart? Use their dignity, Ṣaḍbala, Ṣoḍaśavarga dignity count and any yogas listed, and tell me where these measures disagree. For the three or four strongest, describe the natural strengths they might point to in everyday life, show the figures behind each, and give me a question to reflect on. Use only the figures in this file and say when something isn't in it.

8. Which parts of my chart might ask more of me? Look at planets in weaker dignity or with low Ṣaḍbala, and houses with low Aṣṭakavarga (SAV) points (the average is 28 per sign; below 25 is usually read as low). Describe what you find as habits or patterns I could work on, not as bad luck or fixed fate, and keep it practical and kind. Cite the placements behind each idea and suggest a few gentle questions to reflect on. Use only the figures in this file and say when something isn't in it.

9. Compare my birth chart (D1) with my Navāṁśa divisional chart (D9). Which planets sit in the same sign in both (vargottama), and which move to a stronger or weaker sign in the D9? Explain in simple words what the tradition says these shifts can mean, give the figures for each planet, and tell me where reading the two charts together has its limits. Use only the figures in this file and say when something isn't in it.

## How your chart was calculated

Ephemeris: JPL DE440s; ayanāṁśa: Lahiri; lunar node: Mean node; houses: Whole Sign; position basis: true (geometric).

Geometric positions show the planets' calculated directions without apparent-position corrections. Other apps may show apparent positions and differ by under a minute of arc (one sixtieth of a degree) for that reason.

Calculations verified against Swiss Ephemeris on 25,000 charts. <!-- claim:calculation_precision_25k -->
Covers planet and ascendant positions, 1900–2050, Lahiri ayanāṁśa and mean nodes; not a separate check of your file, other settings, or an AI’s reading.
